The School of Education offers some of the fastest growing and highest-demand education and social science programs to meet current labor market needs. Our programs have a long history of producing educators, mental health clinicians, lawyers, social workers, and those engaged in practice within the criminal justice field. As a school, we are consistently looking at ways to improve and transform to enrich the educational experience of our students to help them uncover and further develop marketable skills that will position them as assets in the workplace and empower them to be global change-makers.
Located in South Florida, our students and faculty are actively engaged in academic, research, and community service projects that immediately impact the region’s quality. In the school’s history, our high-quality educational programs have brought a national reputation to the university. Throughout the years, hundreds of students have graduated from the School of Education. The academic programs include undergraduate Bachelor of Arts degrees in Criminal Justice, Criminal Justice with a concentration in Criminology, Law & Government, Psychology, Social Work, and a Bachelor of Science Elementary Education/ESOL. The graduate-level programs include a Master of Science degree in ESE, Reading, and Specialists in ESE. The School of Education also offers an undergraduate Minor in Education, available to students across campus who wish to boost their career options following graduation.

You will find our national and internationally renowned faculty to be highly focused on student success.
