Florida Memorial scored 35 first half points en route to a 49-22 thrashing of Warner at Betty T. Ferguson Stadium.
Although both teams play in the Sun Conference, only the rematch in Lake Wales on Oct. 8 will count as a conference game.
With the victory, the Lions set a record for single-season wins since re-launching the program three years ago.
Florida Memorial finished with 468 yards of total offense while holding the Royals to just 268 total yards.
