MAKE SOMEONE AWARE IMMEDIATELY
If a threat exists ALWAYS contact Campus Security

  • Broken AC problems
  • Power or electrical loss
  • Water loss
  • Continuously running water (toilets, sinks, showers)
  • Flooding
  • Doors that won’t lock or close
  • Window breakage
  • Natural disasters (hurricane, tornado, etc.)
  • Locks and key issues
  • Broken glass
  • Malfunctioning fire alarms or security equipment

Urgent Maintenance

Facilities will address within 24 hours

  • Flash or not working light fixtures (not light bulbs)
  • Beeping smoke detectors
  • Tripped electrical breaker

Routine Maintenance

Facilities will address within 3 business days
