At FMU, our living and learning communities are a hub for cultural diversity. Students from Finland, Asia, the Caribbean and the U.S. start college as strangers, but leave as family. Lifelong relationships are birthed and priceless memories are created. Our department helps foster these connections by promoting community engagement and social interaction. We want you to seize the opportunities we provide through programming, activities and other events. Your safety and quality of life are among our highest priorities. We strive daily to make sure our housing options are comfortable, secure and well-maintained. Plus, you have the added benefit of living in a city most people vacation. Thrive as you live, lead and learn in your home away from home. Florida Memorial University has been a member of the National Intramural and Recreational Sports Association (NIRSA) since 2000.
