Alessandra Manzon has a M.S. in Conservation Biology from James Cook University, Australia, an M.S. in Education from Walden University, Minnesota and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Miami. She has served as Associate Director for the Center for Urban Environmental Studies at Florida Memorial University and has conducted ecological research in Kenya, Venezuela, the Caribbean and Australia.
Professor Manzon teaches courses in Biology and Anatomy in the department of Health and Natural Sciences. Those who have taken her courses say “She makes them think til’ their brains hurt”. She considers this one of the highest compliments she has ever received.
