Hazelle Rogers Caribbean Friends of FMU as represented by Hazelle Rogers and Clifton Rogers will be included in the Selection Process. Selection Committee will meet twice annually (November for Spring semester scholarships and April for Fall semester scholarships).
Criteria: One award will be reserved to a student who is a resident of Broward County. Eligible applicant must have financial need, a minimum 2.75 GPA and be of Caribbean ancestry.
