Florida Memorial University was devastated to learn of the recent passing of three first-year students, Asiayanna Green, Sha’ Raiyah Story, and Tyrone Miles, Jr.
On Friday, February 10, the Miles family informed us of the passing of Tryone Miles, Jr. Tyrone was a great student and aspired to play football during the upcoming season. On Sunday, February 12, Asiayanna Green and Sha’ Raiyah Story both passed away due to a tragic car accident.
On behalf of the Student Government Association, all faculty, staff, students, and community members are invited to attend a candlelight vigil on Wednesday, February 22 at 8:00 p.m.
