Florida Memorial University Cyber Warrior Diversity Program in partnership with Digit All City, Northrop Grumman, Miami-Dade Economic Advocacy Trust, and Career Source South Florida, celebrate the successful completion of the first A+ certification cohort. The Cyber Warrior Diversity Program provides preparation for careers through certifications for DOD 8570 A+, Network+, and Security+, by hosting a special Technology Career Fair.

The Cyber Warrior Diversity Program Career Fair helped to meet two program objectives; (1) to provide workforce development training, by equipping individuals with skills needed to maximize in demand, information technology career opportunities and (2) to increase the number of minorities prepared in technology fields for Florida’s demanding workforce.

Florida Memorial University’s vision is to be Florida’s knowledge base and training ground, for producing minorities for its present and future workforce through the Cyber Warrior and Engineering Center of Excellence.
