New to Housing (First Year and Transfer Students)
Housing availability is limited. It is important to be fully admitted, pay the $200 admissions enrollment deposit, and pay the deposits to be eligible for a room assignment.
New to housing students will be required to pay a $250.00 non-refundable housing deposit and submit a Housing Application. The application can be accessed in the MYFMU portal, under residence life. After the application is completed, students will receive a time slot to select their room.
Returning Students
Housing availability is limited; it is important to be fully registered, pay the deposit, submit a housing application and then pick your room during your assigned timeslot. Timeslots will be emailed.
