She retired August 2015 as the Department of Homeland Security, TSA Representative for West Africa; located in Dakar, Senegal. Her most recent area of responsibility included: Benin, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Cape Verde, Cote d’Ivoire, Dakar, Gambia, Guinea, Guinea Bissau, Ghana, Liberia, Mali, Niger, Nigeria, Senegal, Sierra Leone and Togo.

He manages the efficiency of transversal relationships across the global Airbus Support Training (ST) organization to ensure compliance with European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) Part 147, Transport Canada (TC) Part 147, Part 121, Part 145, and EN9100 regulations. Frank is the primary interface with regulators and auditors as required while ensuring compliance with standardization policies.

Attorney Celio Young is a commercial pilot with extension FAA experience. He has served on the FAA Office of General Counsel as an attorney and worked on issues pertaining to pilot certification law, rulemaking, and contract litigation and after a few years moved over to FAA’s Aviation Flight Standards Service, General Aviation Division as an Aviation Safety Inspector. Thereafter, he was selected as FAA’s Senior International Representative for Central America and the Caribbean, responsible for coordinating and providing technical assistance to the entire Caribbean and Central America, to ensure safety and security in the region.

Baker Aviation Technical College – the largest FAA Part 147 public training institute in the SE United States. He has dedicated over 30 years to public education and is a highly motivated and results driven professional with over 20 years of progressive leadership and management experience. He is a subject matter expert in numerous academic and business fields including workforce development, education, technology, aviation (Part 65, 141, 147), career and technical education. Dr. Gallagan is a national and international speaker and serves on numerous South Florida boards and committees including the South Florida Aviation Maintenance Council, Greater Miami Aviation Association, South Florida Business Aviation Association, Beacon Council Aviation Committee, and the Greater Fort Lauderdale Alliance Aviation Committee.
