As a Miami native, Ms. Williams is known as Miss Miami and Miss Jr. Florida America. A contestant in both Florida pageant systems Richelle became Miss South Florida in her final competition debut for the Miss America system.

Ms. Williams is the Executive Pastor and Chief of Staff for Jesus People Ministries Church, a global organization that resides in the South Florida community, with extended ministries in Tampa, Gainesville, Boca Raton, Jacksonville, Daytona Beach, Pembroke Pines, Plantation & Pompano.

As the director of Public Relations she oversees the company’s media ministry, comprises the organizations yearly calendar and works together with several groups and organizations throughout the city, state and nation to better the lives of people. Today she remains the first and only female Police Chaplain, sworn in with the City of Miami Gardens Police Department in 2015.

Richelle is a graduate from Miami Carol City Senior High School, receiving a Bachelors of Arts degree from Florida State University and a Masters of Arts degree from Florida Atlantic University. A continuous education student of Berean School of the Bible, Richelle is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated, Gamma Zeta Omega Chapter and Chair of their Spiritual Emphasis committee. Richelle is an effervescent voice within her community, because of her faith, family and friends. Her motto day by day is: “Life is what you make it, so produce creativity, pursue commitment, and possess character.”
