Rosalie Ellis Payne received her doctorate degree from Nova Southeastern University in Business with a specialization in Human Resources. Her teaching experience spans 20 years in adjunct and Associate Professor positions at Lynn University and Florida Memorial University.
Dr. Payne teaches undergraduate and graduate management and business courses in the disciplines of Human Resource Management, Labor Relations and Compensation & Benefits. Retired after 33 years at Carnival Cruise Lines, she held senior level positions in Contact Center Operations and Human Resource Management. Areas of Expertise include: Human Capital Management Quality Assurance Programs Policy & Procedure Design Training & Development International Operations Streamlining Mechanisms Outsourcing & Offshoring Collaborative Communication Regulatory Compliance
Dr. Payne strives to engage students in their propensity to learn and thrive in an educational environment. She establishes an individualized working relationship with each student to best meet each individual’s learning style and professional schedule.
