Clearing the Business Office Remotely

The following steps are procedures for completing registration and clearing the business office remotely during the COVID-19 Pandemic;

This process applies to ALL students/Freshmen and Upperclassmen.

  1. If you are paying with cash please login to self-service to process the payment.
  2. If you are not paying with cash please contact the Office of Financial Aid via online at to request an award letter.
  3. Email the Office of Student Accounts at after steps one and/or two are completed. You will receive a Promissory Note via email.
  4. After all payments have been received and/or the anticipated financial aid has been applied, you will receive the “Cleared the Business Office” statement from the Office of Student Accounts.

Please note there are no payment plans available during the summer 2020 sessions.
