The mission of the Budget and Cash Management Department is to manage the fiscal resources to insure the financial stability of the institution and the University’s larger community. The mission of the Office of Auxiliary Services is to provide quality services in the support of the fiscal and administrative areas of the University through the development of self-supporting revenue producing enterprises. Auxiliary Services strives to meet the needs of the students, faculty, staff, and alumni.

Hospitality and Scheduling
The Office of Hospitality Services and Scheduling coordinates various aspects of event planning– from venue to menu. The “one stop shop” concept is offered to simplify the event planning process at Florida Memorial University. Services include, but are not limited to, venue selection and setup, audio visual requirements and event catering.
The Smith Conference Center is available for rent to organizations, businesses, and the community.
Lou Rawls Center for the Performing Arts
The Lou Rawls Center for the Performing Arts at Florida Memorial University is a modern, versatile performance venue whose mission is to serve both as a learning center for the university’s students and a hub for community-based drama, musical theatre, dance and popular music for the northwest Miami-Dade County area. It is a 450 seat theatre complete with dressing rooms, support spaces and modern stage rigging and lighting systems. The theatre is a joint project between the University and Miami-Dade Cultural Affairs.
Office of the Bursar
The Office of the Bursar is committed to provide efficient and effective financial services to students to facilitate the need pay their balances and seek refund reimbursements as needed. We also provide the ability for students to receive financial aid funds from programs and organizations to assist with managing their financial affairs. If needed, students can transact business to activate their Meal Plan card for the semester, pay for parking decals, and lost ID cards, key and room deposits among other things at the Office of the Bursar. Office of University Transportation
The Office of University Transportation is responsible for ensuring that students, student athletes, faculty, and staff participating in University sponsored activities are safely transported to and from such activities. The Department also ensures that the University’s vans, buses, and other vehicles are properly maintained to help prolong their useful lives. Transportation Services are also provided to support special events on campus to meet the need of the university (Student Registration, business forums, Summer Programs).
Printing and Duplication Center
The Printing and Duplication Center of the University is responsible for the printing, copying of University documents, as well as the generation and activation of student identification cards (Lion’s ID card/debit card). Students can log onto the FMU/Lion Card website to access discounts and services offered by the Innovative Card Solution at the following link My I Pay You Card. The Printing and Duplication Center also supports the Academic Affairs and Student Affairs divisions by printing classroom documents (syllabi) and program materials for Graduation, special events and other ceremonies.
University Mail Center
The University Mail Center serves as the official Post Office for students, staff and faculty and receives incoming mail, parcels and packages. The Mail Center communicates with our students on an almost daily basis on insuring that their need for the receipt and delivery of mail, books, merchandise and other materials are properly handled.
