Frank is the primary interface with regulators and auditors as required while ensuring compliance with standardization policies.

Loretta McNeir presents 25 years of civil aviation experience and 36 total years of service with the Federal Aviation Administration and the Transportation Security Administration, TSA. She retired August 2015 as the Department of Homeland Security, TSA Representative for West Africa; located in Dakar, Senegal. Her most recent area of responsibility included: Benin, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Cape Verde, Cote d’Ivoire, Dakar, Gambia, Guinea, Guinea Bissau, Ghana, Liberia, Mali, Niger, Nigeria, Senegal, Sierra Leone and Togo.

Attorney Celio Young is a commercial pilot with extension FAA experience. He has served on the FAA Office of General Counsel as an attorney and worked on issues pertaining to pilot certification law, rulemaking, and contract litigation and after a few years moved over to FAA’s Aviation Flight Standards Service, General Aviation Division as an Aviation Safety Inspector. Thereafter, he was selected as FAA’s Senior International Representative for Central America and the Caribbean, responsible for coordinating and providing technical assistance to the entire Caribbean and Central America, to ensure safety and security in the region.

Thomas C. McDaniels is a seasoned government relations and public affairs professional. Mr. McDaniels served as Chief of Staff and Senior Counselor at the United States Transportation Security Administration (TSA) from 2012 to 2017. At TSA, Mr. McDaniels advised the Administrator and other members of TSA’s senior leadership on matters related to public and legislative affairs, aviation and transportation policy, and strategic planning. Additionally, Mr. McDaniels acted as TSA’s Senior Accountability Official for Government Accountability Office (GAO) and Office of Inspector General (OIG) audits of aviation security programs.
