University Archives

The Archives is located on the 2nd floor of the library.

The University Archives contain materials related to the history of the University including:

  • University publications, pictures clippings
  • Minutes and records of the Board of Trustees, faculty meetings, and administrative and college wide committees
  • Official administrative and departmental reports, e.g., self study reports.
  • College yearbooks, catalogs, newspapers, and press clippings
  • Student publications
  • Materials from student organizations
  • Special publications, e.g., programs, bulletins, and schedules
  • Pictorial materials, including photographs of students, campus, etc.
  • Alumni and faculty publications.

This collection is available to researchers, faculty, staff, alumni, and students. The majority of the documents housed in the collection are institutional records. Memorabilia and works of art Research of archival materials is by appointment.

Hours of operation:
9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Monday – Thursday
by appointment.
