The library conventionally offers one-on-one assistance to clientele at the library's "Reference (or Information) Desk". This service has been adapted to the Web in part via a form-based service commonly called "Ask-A-Librarian". It is an electronic reference service.

Send us your reference questions. A response will usually be sent by email within 48 hours. Questions received during evening, weekend or holiday hours will be handled on the next business day.

- The "Ask-A-Librarian" service is intended for Florida Memorial University students, faculty, and staff.
- If you are not affiliated with Florida Memorial University, we can only respond to questions about the unique collections and resources of Nathan W. Collier Library.
