The members of Reference staff are available to assist patrons in person, by phone, email, or live chat. They are also ready to provide both formal and informal training on the use of the library and research work.

At the Reference Desk: Stop by the Reference Desk on the second floor of Nathan W. Collier Library during library hours for assistance.

and always within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
