Sports Information Department
The Sports Information Office is located in the Athletics Suite. Please be sure that your Sports Information Director forwards all media guides/rosters, quick facts and logos in advance of your trip to Florida Memorial University and please ensure that all statistical information is up to date.
Florida Memorial University Sports Information staff handles the publicity for the school’s 10 intercollegiate sports.
The office produces literature about the teams (media guides, game programs, etc.), maintains the official website and coordinates interview requests for players, coaches and staff as well as media events.

Press services
Telephones and fax machines are available upon request in the athletics department offices after each event.
Home Post-Game Reporting Procedures For Opponents
Every effort will be made to take care of your post-game needs. Full box scores are available for most sports within 30 minutes of the conclusion of the game. Packed game files will be sent via e-mail as soon as possible upon the conclusion of each contest (if applicable). Game stories will be faxed/e-mailed to your media list, provided the list is received no later than 24 hours prior to the contest. Opposing coaches and/or SID’s will have access to phone and photocopier, if needed, to report to their media outlets. Please contact SID Damian Alexander if your school will not be able to provide the same service to us at your home games.

Media Access
Most of Florida Memorial University’s facilities now contain wireless access for use by visiting teams and media members. Phone lines and fax services will also be proided at most FMU athletic events. Please call the FMU Sports Information office if you have questions.
Interviews & Player/Coach Access
Interviews with FMU players and coaches can be obtained following each FMU home event. NAIA rules permit players and coaches a minimum of a 10-minute cooling off period prior to the interview period. A sports information staff member can direct you to interview area at each athletic venue. Please contact Damian.Alexander@fmuniv.edu if interested in interviewing players and coaches 24 hours prior to the event.

Credentials
Credentials for working press and photographers are not required. However, please contact the SID should you plan to attend an athletic event on campus to ensure complete access to media areas located within our facilities.
