Customer Assistance: The Mail Center is dedicated to developing a partnership with you its customer to meet your mailing needs.


Hours of  Operation:
The Mail  Center is opened Monday-Friday from8:00-5:00p.m. and Saturdays 9:00a.m –12:30 p.m


Mail Pick up & Delivery:
General mail is picked up and delivered twice per day once in the morning and once in the afternoon.  Expedited mail (FEDEX, Express mail, Airborne etc.) is delivered within four hours to faculty & staff.  Students are notified within four hours and a notice is left in their mailboxes.


Bulk Mail:
We offer our customers great savings for large volume mailing (200 pieces or more) using the state of the art Smart Mailer System.


Mailboxes:
Resident students will be assigned a mailbox for a rental fee of  $10.00 per academic year plus a $10.00 deposit for the mailbox key. If the key is lost there is a replacement cost of $10.00. 

After completing registration all resident students are required to complete their mailbox assignment forms and forward them with payment to the Bursar’s Office. a copy of the assignment form must be taken to the Mail Center staff to be assigned a mailbox

Non- resident students may apply for mailboxes  ,based on availability. All mailbox keys must be must be returned to the Mailcenter at the end of the academic year. Please complete a mail key deposit return form to receive a refund for your deposit.  


Coming Soon:
Establishing student accounts  using the c-bord debit card system, which will allow students to purchase mail services with the use of their “Lions Express” debit card.
